Would have been another set of plans sold, but my wife says I can only build 2 planes at one time.... I enjoyed the builders forum though, and can't believe I completely missed the sonerai stories forum! A goal to remember it for next year!

I finally flew the Sonerai home from OSH today. So, OSH 2015 is officially over for me. I had the airplane stored in Joe Norris' hangar next to the Sonex factory. After driving an hour and three quarters to get there, it took another 0.8 hour to get home with ground speeds in the 135 to 143 mph range. This is day two of my retirement (weekends don't count), and I think I can really get used to not going to work in the morning. As a matter of fact, tomorrow's plan is to hang out at the airport most of the day.
