Being new to this entire idea of a homebuilt airplane, what kind of license to fly am I looking for when it comes to my interests? I don't want to do anything intense. I'd like to use it to travel, to be honest. For traveling and seeing things. I've no friends that would ever trust me to fly them anywhere, so I don't reckon I'd ever fly with passengers.. Although, far down the road, it's a possibility. I could see it being strictly recreational. I've also seen a lot of legalese thrown around quite often. For example, I've seen the "51% rule" and "LSA" thrown around quite often but have no idea what they are or how it would affect my choice in pursuing a license. Any help or direction pointing would be appreciate!
