Hi all:
I bought this NOS Velocity rudder pedal assembly awhile ago to use in my Cozy Mk IV.
So I rebuilt it: stripped the primer, zinc chromate primed it, drilled/reamed the cross tubes for AN386-1-6 taper pins (which took all the slop out). I had the mount blocks milled to match each other - to mount the cross tube level.
I bored the mount blocks for bushings - LH bushing PBC Linear p/n PSF1216-08, RH bushing PBC Linear p/n PSF1014-06 and installed the bushings w/ thrust washers to avoid bushing wear.
I then top coated the parts white and assembled w/ all new hardware.
After all this, I bought a fuselage which already had the stock lower crosstubes installed - so I'm selling this assembly. Please look at the photos.
Please email me if you need more information.
Thanks!
Regards,
James
