I am fixing a dent wing tip which is aluminum skinned D-cell supported by Styrofoam ribs inside. Two quick questions:

1. Where can I buy those white Styrofoam sheet? Home Depot has the insulation sheets, but those sheets all have a reflective backing. And I am not sure if its strength and weight is the same as the white Styrofoam. Craft stores have sheets that are too small. Where can I get those 1.5-inch sheets? Any ideas?

2. What kind of glue can be used to glue the Styrofoam inside the D-cell? It looks like some kind of soft glue. Any idea on what kind of glue should be used there?

Thanks a lot.
