My aircraft has a straight in starter on fan end. Label is worn off UG.
Vintage 80-90's on engines R 503 (x2).
I need brushes and I need a similar starter model code.
There are brush plates assemblies, which I am willing to buy, but fit is mission critical.
I have looked until I am blue in the face for brushes approx 6.10.10 (10+...10-15) mm; with heavy duty amp braid leads.
ANYBODY RUNNING 503 with starter straight in on fan side?? HELP PLEASE.
Buyer coming to look from a 1000 miles.
Even to buy another starter I need a clue on model #'s.
TX in advance.
D for Dave
