I’m fascinated by the ideas and design concepts behind the Spratt 103.
But I cannot find much about it online.
Honest question - What is the general consensus? Is it “real”? Is it all it’s made out to be by its French developer? Is it a safe design that actually flies - and flies well?
Also important - Can the plans still be obtained? Can they be obtained in any way besides the Spratt 103 website, which says it is no longer offering Spratt 103 plans?

(I may be reading the site wrong about plan availability. But I’m intrigued by the design because I see vague similarities to my gyroplane, which will be more aerobatic in the way it handles. However I’m also interested in a low and slow ultralight.)
