This is a 2 seat composite fixed gear taildragger of my own design with an angle valve IO-540 and 80 inch Hartzell 3-blade prop. I’ve been building since 2016 and have hit the point where it sort of looks like an airplane.

Basic specs:
Estimated Empty Weight - 1350 lbs
Max Gross Weight - 2200 lbs
+6/-3 Gs at 2000lbs
300hp IO-540-S1A5
Composite Hartzell 3 blade 80 inch (
Estimated max level speed - 220 KTAS @ 8000’
Wing Area - 98.8 square feet (Riblett 37-A315) 54” root chord / 39” tip chord

Should have performance similar to an F1 Rocket with the EVO wings. Lots of work left to do, but the experience has been amazing. I certainly didn’t know what I didn’t know in the beginning. I have 2000 hours of build time so far, but easily triple that in study, design, and calculations.
