Would like opinions / input please.

I have a mix of 4130 tube and aluminum control surfaces on my Jenny project. I'd like to have them sandblasted and either powder coated white or primed/painted. I'm leaning toward powder for a number of reasons, basically cost and I don't have anywhere to paint.

Pros and cons??
