Fellow aircraft builders

I need to lay out the geometry of the anchor points for the pilots harness. A thorough search through CS23 and FAR23 didn’t bring up any valuable information. The only reference I found is AS 21-34 from 1993. Actually this is exactly what I need but I fear it is outdated. Besides I am having difficulties to comply with it (Geometry described in AS 21-34 in red)

Any help finding some useful regulation an that subject is much apreciated.
