I found this site while looking into making carbon or glass tubes. This led me to composite rockets and water rockets. This guy shows some neat ways to easily fabricate these tubes without molds etc. Basically he's using a pvc pipe as an inner mold (with inner aluminum tube for support), then wrapping with baking paper, then wrapping with glass or carbon and resin.
He also forms ends using 3d printed molds.

I'm currently watching the Tafun2 series of rocket build. Give them a look.
