This was much closer to a catastrophe than I initially thought. My neighbor had just landed on 31C, and saw the event. Had the right main gear on the Southwest 737 touched down, it would have actuated both the spoilers and initiated automatic breaking. Had that happened, it is doubtful that it could have gotten back into the air in time to have avoid a collision.

Scary stuff.
