My 1/4 wing attach bolts bent slightly ....I designed for 3/8 bolts but my research said 1/4 was ok for the load test. I am not sure what exactly is the mechanism of this bend. Here is some simple spread sheet work....the load is from my truss program....5900 lbs. axial load at wing attach fitting. Holes were reamed however as one should know the AN bolt is undersize so there is .002 play ....between the bolt and fittings. I think it could be simply supported bending or not.
