Is there any easy way to limit the volume of a 7.5 gallon fuel seat tank to 5 gallons capacity, to comply with part 103 regulations?
Can a baffle be added or something that would fill the extra space in the tank to limit it to 5 gallons?
My Butterfly Ultralight gyroplane was designed and built to comply with part 103, but the one I picked up has a 7.5 gallon fuel seat tank instead of the five gallon version, and I don’t want to spend money to replace a good tank.
