Kolb brakes need fixing

Hi all, I am not happy with the brakes on my Kolb. As you can see in the pic the discs are a bit small, and the inside clear part is the one actually in contact with the pads - which I think it's way too small. Can anyone recommend some good brakes with the same disc pattern for rims assembly?
