I have nothing but praise for Garmin Tech Support.
Was on the phone with a tech guy last night for 90 minutes while he trouble shot issues on my PC. Finally he downloaded a file on his home computer and emailed it to me so a software update to my G3X Touch could be accessed.
In addition, while sitting in my aircraft cockpit, called Garmin asking for direction. These people are so good, and so patient. Something that is hard to find in many businesses.
Glad I bought Garmin!
What has your experience with Garmin been? Or any other avionics company? GRT, Dynon, etc.?
