Custom belt drives?

I'm thinking of making a lightweight belt drive for the small block single cylinder engines (GX200, 212, 224, etc). Any suggestions of where to buy pre-made components like the pulleys and thrust bearing attachments. I think Ace probably still sells the whole drive, but it's expensive and time consuming to get one. At one time someone sent me a link to someone who sold such items, but I can't find it anywhere, and I'm sure there were other sources as well.
