I have found a modest stack of two of Bruce's books. "THE COLLECTED SAILPLANE ARTICLES AND SOARING MISADVENTURES OF BRUCE CARMiCHAEL 1950-2000" and "Bruce Carmichael's Personal Aircraft Drag Reduction" Both have great information and are not likely to be republished.
"Collected..." is 306 pages, $25 + $8 p&h = $33
"...Drag Reduction" is 202 pages, $20 + $8 p&h = $28
Both: $45 + $10 p&h = $55
