The Thread , (RIP: Jim J-bird) , just made me decided ; that
after 47 years of flying Hang gliders , and motorized ultralights :
With all the hours in the air, and crashes I survived ; it is
time to , (Never fly a Rigid wing of any type again) unless
I have a ballistic parachute , to help my Odds for continued survival (.)
Anyone got a serviceable one for a gross of 500-lb ; they
could depart with on layaway ?
I plan to put a picture of Jim ,"J-Bird" , on the dashboard of my
machine ; it will be a reminder of just how unforgiving
gravity can be.
