ADSB for a Sonerai II

I'm going to be honest, i've been living under a rock the last 15 years or so it seems, happily flying my pietenpol and other non electrical equipped aircraft but now I've gone and done it, I'm reviving a sonerai II that hasnt flown in 30 years (see my thread in the sonerai area). It looks like i'm going to need ADSB since i will be operating in and under class C airspace and inside the mode C veil of at least one class B airport. She is already nicely equipped with dated but operational 1980s Terra raidio suite: Dual coms, single nav, and mode C transponder. what is the easiest/ most affordable way of getting her ADSB out compliant?
