Unless this is some sort of a scam, unsafe-ly built, or had the spars cut, this may be one of the few BD-5 projects worth having.

A complete and apparently really nice BD-5 airframe that looks like it will actually fly with an engine added.

I remind everyone that the 80-120HP Yamaha snowmobile engines with the Skytrax gearbox are potentially a reliable and light weight powerplant that would fit in this airframe fairly easily. The whole driveshaft and prop coupling and all the TV stuff would absolutely need to be addressed, but it looks like it could be worth it on this. Or, of course, the jet engine used on the SubSonex might be a workable solution.
