Anyone familiar with the Proform vehicle scales? I see the user's guide comes with calibration instructions. And, someone near me is selling one for about $300 less than the MSRP.

1. Can you just plug 3 scales in and use it to weigh an aircraft? (If not a certified aircraft, then experimental)
2. I see the user's guide includes calibration procedures and it claims a pretty fair degree of accuracy. So what's the difference between these and the scales used to weigh your certified <12,000lb part 91 aircraft?
