Sonerai II wing on a I?

My friend just purchased a sonerai I and is wondering if the sonerai II wing will work on that airframe, is the carry through structure the same and such? Trying to achieve higher gross and easier characteristics for a pilot new to the sonerai. Has this been done before or how easily do you think it could be accomplished? Thanks,
