I came across this today, a neat little pre-war two seat parasol. In a lot of ways it reminds me of the 40hp parasols that came before it (Eaglet, early Cub, Zephyr, etc.) and I suspect Ross was intending to refine their general concept to something lighter, simpler, and more compact. He got it certified… twice; once before the war and again after, but both times were probably eight years too late.

In any case, it’s a neat little airplane that was probably quite pleasant to live with. Perhaps there’s some inspiration to be had for our own modern simple airplane designers.
