My Mooney Propeller needs to be stripped and painted and I would like to make it look like the factory did it....The paint that Hartzell recomends is "touch up paint" and is a single part enamel....I would like to use a 2 part paint as I would guess it is stronger and better than the "touch up paint"....one of the issues is match of the color and another issue is I can not seem to find what the factory uses except for the call out of the enamel paint. Does anyone have more information or experience as regard the best paint to use. ....I would like to use Spray Max 2k paint but again color match and flat or mat finish is an issue, so exact paint number call out would be a great if you have used this stuff.
