How do toggle switches in jets look so clean?

How are toggle switches mounted that you don't see the screw nuts or are those different type of toggle switches? Best guess is that those screwed into a second layer so that the nuts are hidden. The slip on color caps are pretty standard. Does anyone have a photo how those panels looks disassembled? I like the look of those and it leaves more space for labels without wasting space for visible screw nuts.
