Hi,

I am interested if anyone had any luck using 2 stroke aviation/paramotor engines in the direct drive configuration.

In particular I am thinking about converting my zanzottera mz34 to direct drive (just slamming the prop onto the main shaft).
Are thr bearings capable of taking the axial load?

I am done with the reduction drive, it causes too much trouble.

Attached is the result after 15s on full throttle, and that is every single time, with properly tightened belts. Belts are polyflex Gates 5M515.
