cogged vs multi-v belts for PSRU?

Greetings,

Given the choice between a multi-V belt, and cogged (toothed?) belt for a PSRU, which would be preferred? My assumption is cogged is better, but nearly all small 50Hp or less PSRUs seem to be multi-v. Ace redrive seems to make all their smaller drives with multi-v, and the larger ones with cogged belts, but they can make the smaller one in cogged. That's my current dilemma. Thanks
