On the Jabiru site they have a great video of the testing regime for the the J400 series, they really show how it is done.
No broken stuff, no crashed airplanes, and no dead pilots from spin testing.
The test pilot looks to be having fun, at one stage he is spinning and writing on his pad:gig:
