I was talking to Mike Talmadge in California today and he is still building gearboxes for the EJ four cylinder engines and EZ six cylinders. These GBs used the same layout as the Eggenfellner ones (designed to bolt up) but with everything re-designed, addressing all the previous failure points (no more welded gears for instance). He has about 25 flying now for quite a number of years and parts to build about 20 more.
