Hello All,

I purchased a Bede-4 back in February that had been sitting for about 4 years. After getting it airworthy it has flown well for about 20 hours. On my last flight the flaps worked as usual, easy to move, normal in every way. When I tried them the next time, they were very difficult to move. They do move, but i need way too much force to move them. I have done a lot of work on this plane in the last few months and thought I had it figured inside out, but I cannot see either by eye or from the plans where the flaps could be binding. The ailerons still work exactly as they did before.

I hope one of you folks might have an idea of what to check. I guess I'll have to have the wings off (again!) to figure it out, but I'd like a plan.

Thanks!
