Seeing theres no stall alarm has anyone used a AOA [angle of attack] indicator?

Just yank a stall warning switch outta a wrecked cherokee or cessna, there's enough lying around.

stall alarm takes elec.you can do a AOA on air pressure alone.

Did a little window shopping today. From Sport Aviation classifieds www.RiteAngle.com a unit that looks to be very adaquate for $350. Works from a vane similar to commercial jet aircraft. AA or AAA batteries. ;)
