I’m fascinated by the ideas and design concepts behind the Spratt 103.

But I cannot find much about it online.

What is the general consensus? Is it “real”? Is it all it’s made out to be by its French developer? Is it a safe design that flies well?

Also important - Can the plans still be obtained? Can they be obtained in any way besides the Spratt 103 website, which says is no longer offering Spratt 103 plans?

(I’m intrigued by the design because I see vague similarities with my gyroplane but I’m also interested in ultralights. I really like the AirBike design, for example.)
