I am considering laminating a 32” diameter, four blade propeller with 3/32” mahogany aircraft plywood I already have.
The Clutton Propeller manual advises thin laminations for four blade props but doesn’t mention plywood.
I found a plywood prop here that claims rigidity:

I figured plywood might need some sanding before laminating.
Just wondering if any other concerns I didn’t consider?
