Reading this thread https://www.homebuiltairplanes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29468 I decided to re-look at the Windward Performance site and the Perlan project. Guess what...I did not find any mention of the project on the Windward site, and found no mention of Greg Cole and the Windward people on the Perlan Site. I thought that was kind of interesting or perhaps discouraging and wondered what the story was.... sure seems strange.
