Aviation Institute of Maintenance has 8 aircraft mechanic schools that are building full scale flying replicas of WWI aircraft. While the schools are fully staffed with licensed mechanics, we keep hearing them say "I fix airplanes, I don't know how to build one" Are there experienced builders out there who are willing to help these students? There is a possibility of paid part-time employment, or simply volunteer involvement. The Centennial of the Great War is rapidly approaching and it sure would be nice to see these birds in the air to celebrate that.

I guess I have become the head wrangler for this rodeo - you can contact me at [email protected] You can also check progress on our blog at www.aimschool.com

We are especially in need of help in the Philadephia and Orlando areas.
