There are many posters here who are limited in their aircraft options due to limited and/or expensive hangar space. I have experienced both of those situations, but now, in retirement, am blessed to be living in a residential air park.

Would like to learn of others’ experiences with forming flying clubs to build/own/operate hangars and or airports, residential or not. I know that there are some very successful examples, because I have seen them.

What have you done or seen to make ownership of, and operation of, sport aircraft more affordable and/or convenient?
