Hoping to get any advice I can about whether to link the top cooling flaps to the bottom for a bit more scale like appearance (gator flaps).
Looks great but seems like the sharp bend would block almost all the air flow when flaps are down would it not?
Anyone with liquid cooled engine flying experience - is much cooling even needed in the landing circuit?

As opposed to permanently fixing the top surface is what I'm asking. Thanks!
