Plans built high wing faster light sport

I noticed my profile has been visited a number of times though I have not posted or introduced myself. I am not sure how that works. When I retired, I had for several years, planned to build something with plan form similar to the Sorceress biplane racer or Eagle 150 but sized for the light sport category. I am now retired;l but, further reading on 3LS planes and tandems such as the "Quickie" type have raised legitimate doubts about the wisdom of such a design. I am now, as many others before, me looking for the plans for a small high wing, 2 side by side, light sport aircraft optimized for higher cruise speed rather than stol. 115-120 square feet of high wing, 1200 lb gross, 100 hp, and 500-550 payload seems well within the performance and budget. This requires a Rotax 912S or Jabiru 3300 but that is reasonable. 120 knot cruise should be possible. This is a niche I may need to fill. Ernie
