need two seat high wing very very simple!!! helpme

Hi guys,

I'm newbe from Italy, i want build one ULM aircraft high wing two seat not in tandem!
i have akready one Compact Radial Engine MZ202 but i can ghange.

Very important for me is a simple costruction and only plans.. same:

M19 Squirrel M-19 Wing foam and wood
or SD1 Minisport

or geniality this costruction wing, simply and fastest:
Kiebitz - construction Biplan

ex: Fisher planes is complicated for me.
